Whether you feel your problems are large, or small, or you are  experiencing a block in creativity, we will work together so that you are able to work towards a solution, find relief, and accomplish your goals.

My approach to therapy is holistic, I take into account your body, mind and spirit. I believe that your history does not have to dictate your destiny. You can create a life you love to live. In our sessions, I utilize a variety of evidence based practices, including mindfulness based stress reduction (MBSR), Motivational Interviewing, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. My approach to therapy is client centered, strengths based and draws upon Interpersonal Process and Person Centered Therapy.
